GB Capital Secures License for Promotion and Underwriting of Securities

GB Capital, the financial arm of GB Corp, has obtained a license for the promotion and underwriting of securities. This milestone supports the company’s strategy to expand its range of services and strengthen its position within Egypt's financial market.

While GB Capital does not intend to transition into a full-service investment bank, the new license enables it to broaden its offerings. This includes services such as venture capital investments and the establishment of companies that issue or increase their capital through securities.

The license for promotion and underwriting aligns with GB Capital's vision of providing integrated financial and investment services tailored to the needs of companies and institutions. It also supports broader economic objectives by promoting financial inclusion and facilitating access to capital for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030.
